BSPEntSpy is an unofficialy updated version of 
Entspy. It allows to view and edit entities in a compiled BSP map file.
The features of a program include:
- Patching the entities from a VMF file
- Importing and exporting the entities
- Editing, creating and deleting entities (multi-entity edit included)
- Filtering entities
