CCExporter

CCExporter is a software that allows you to export raw closecaption_%language%.txt files into JSON and back into VDF. It also has support for compiling JSON files straight into .dat files that the Source Engine uses.

Eliminating the need to use the captioncompiler.exe tool.

The main feature is its exporter, which can allow you to quickly export closed caption files into a suitable format for crowdsourced translation websites (e.g. Crowdin) and make modders life easier with the help of the community to help translate mods faster and easier.

CCExporter also has a built-in CLI and GUI.
