I am needing help with my mod at the moment!!! (Mod name hasn't been picked yet)

I am looking for a modeler(and skinner), mapper and a experienced coder.

My mod is a tactical fps shooter that involves 2 opposing teams, 3 classes, and huge maps. class one: Spotter, class two: Defender and class three: Attacker

Each class has a different buying list from each other and has the buying mechanics like CS:S. Each class has a very important role, without the spotter the team is blind, without the defender the attackers can be easily eliminated and without the attacker no one can plant the bomb. Players from different classes can switch classes by picking up a fallen enemy or team mates kit from there bodies and we will add a defibrillator to revive fallen team members which will be included in the equipment list or the buy menu and hopefully adding a poisonous syringe in the list as well, to eject to fallen enemies to dis-allow being revived from a defibrillators, so that it is a certain death for the enemy.
