Overview
Set in an abandoned hospital in northern England, you assume the role of a high-ranking officer overseeing a patrol near a small town, interrupted by a Combine Sniper attack. Shot in the gut and with no medical assistance, the main character will have to move through the abandoned hospital he was left in and scavange for health kits, as he attracts dangerous creatures each time he bleeds out.
