Hammer++ is a community-made modification of
Valve Hammer Editor for
Source that provides an updated, feature-rich version of the editor. The trailer and website can be found here.
Hammer++ currently supports the following branches of the Source engine:

Garry's Mod: How to use Hammer++ with Garry's Mod.
Portal 2/
Portal 2: Community Edition: Works under CS:GO version. Must be installed onto CS:GO and game configuration pointed to Portal 2 assets. CS:GO Prime Status not necessary. Installing Hammer++ for Portal 2.
Left 4 Dead 2: Half-works under CS:GO version. Same method as Portal 2. Certain models will be shown as ERRORs.
Mapbase: Works using Source 2013 version.
- Momentum Mod: Likely to work using CS:GO version.
Day of Defeat: Source: Works using Source 2013 Multiplayer version.
Black Mesa:
- (2012)/Mod version: Works using Source 2013 Singleplayer version. Edits to
bms.fgd
and porting of BMS assets into Source 2013 Singleplayer files are necessary. - (2020)/Steam (Definitive Edition): Works with Source 2013 Singleplayer version. Similar method to Portal 2.
