is a point entity available in Black Mesa,

Counter-Strike: Source,
Left 4 Dead series, and
Half-Life Deathmatch: Source. This entity is basically copy of viewmodel entity, but has prediction. All inputs are shared with CBaseAnimating.

If the game has round restart mechanics this entity may not behave as expected:
