The latest Day of Defeat and Source engine update has created an issue with the Source SDK where the textured 3D view does render correctly in any SDK tools, including the Hammer editor. This affects any customers with DirectX 9 or higher level cards. We are currently working on the issue and will be releasing an update to the SDK to fix this problem as quickly as possible.
