A lightmap pixel. The 'lightmap scale' is the number of units per luxel.

Luxels can be visualised with mat_luxels 1.

Icon-Bug.pngBug:This command is broken in Source 2013 Singleplayer and/or Source 2013 Multiplayer and doesn't display correctly. Fixed in Team Fortress 2 branch games (Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Half-Life Deathmatch: Source, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, Team Fortress 2) and 2025 Source SDK Base 2013.  (tested in: Team Fortress 2 branch, Half-Life 2 20th)
