info_deathmatch_spawn
is a point entity available in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
In the
Deathmatch game mode, players spawn primarily at the origin of these entities. See CS:GO Gamemodes: Deathmatch#Map Requirements for the player spawning mechanism in Deathmatch and for placement tips of this entity.

and they are never inside the AABB of a func_block_dm_spawns entity.
