Counter-Strike Neo: White Memories is a free visual novel which continues the story of the arcade game Counter-Strike Neo. It is split into 12 episodes, each as a separate download. It uses standalone Adobe Flash Adobe Flash executables, for both Windows Windows and macOS Mac OS (Classic).

Confirmar:Is the macOS macOS version actually made to be compatible with Mac OS 9 (Classic Mac OS) while also backward compatible on OS X (up to Snow Leopard)?
Since the visual novels use Adobe Flash Adobe Flash, it might be possible to unpack the executables and run in a Flash player such as Flashpoint, or the reversed engineered Ruffle (enabling Linux Linux and modern browser support in the process, the latter in the form of addons/extensions).
