$constantdirectionallight  is a   QC command  available in all 
 Source games. This parameter is used to calculate light intensity rather than the normal directional dot product[Clarify]. Only valid if STUDIOHDR_FLAGS_STATIC_PROP ($staticprop) is also set.
Syntax
$constantdirectionallight <scale>
