Day of Defeat: Source (2005) is a first-person shooter / online multiplayer remake of
Day of Defeat on the
Source engine. Similar to the original, players assume the role of light/assault/heavy infantry, sniper or machine-gunner class, and missions are based on historical operations; unlike its predecessor however, the player can only choose the American Soldiers for the Allies, and not the British.
Day of Defeat: Source currently runs on the Source 2013 Multiplayer engine.
