This user has been reported and should be considered for a ban because they are repeatedly Wikipedia icon edit warring and/or Wikipedia icon making disputed edits.

Additional notes: This user, from the day he joined, has made controversial and improper edits. Recently, he made an edit that entirely broke the {{software page}} template [1], he has a history of creating pages with no text [2] and does not acknowledge advice or attempt to improve his behaviour, just look at his talk page of hopeless requests that are never even acknowledged. User talk:ThePootinator. All this being said, this user does not have adequate knowledge to be an editor on this wiki. He does not listen to advice, and he constantly makes changes that break many things that we have been working towards. As such, I (User:Equalizer5118) am reporting this user for a ban.
