It should show all of the possible reasons for why a texture may not load on a model. It's a puzzle, because I'm sure that I configured everything correctly. That's why I visited this page to begin with.

ERROR is usually a flashing red word that says "ERROR", however Portal 2 recolors this to Blue, P2:CE recolors this to Orange, and CS:GO used a large box with "ERROR" repeated on it.
While this usually only appears in-game due to these reasons, the error model can be manually shown in-game by either inputting "error.mdl" into the
model
keyvalue of a prop, or by inserting a random string of characters.
