SiN Episodes Level Creation

Compared to retail Source Engine games like Half-Life 2, in Sin Episodes the Vgui screens have been fixed to work properly and are used throughout the game as a monitor to everything from open doors, gates, as elevator buttons and even for some props like the prop_phone entity where you use it to dial numbers and for the Item_antigen_dispenser to eject the antigen canisters once empty. The following list collects all of these into the chapters they are used with the panel name being the one to enter into the entity's 'Panel Name' keyvalue spot to make it work, the individual buttons on the screen where the command is the name of the output fired from the entity once pressed by the player if enabled to begin with, and finally an image of how the screen itself looks like in-game.
