func_trackautochange is a brush entity available in all
GoldSrc games. This entity lets you switch a train that is not being controlled by the player to a new track via a moving piece of track, either rotating, or ascending / decending, or both.
Key Values
- Minimum light level (_minlight) <string>
- Name (targetname) <string>
- The targetname that other entities refer to this entity by, usually via the target, killtarget, and TriggerTarget KVs.
- Travel altitude (height) <integer>
- Altitude to ascend or descend (use negative values for the latter, or 0 to disable altitude change).
- Spin amount (train) <integer>
- This is the amount in degrees the track will turn on its way up / down.
- Train to switch (rotation) <targetname>
- The Name of the train that is using the track.
- Top track (toptrack) <targetname>
- This is the Name of the last path_corner in the upper track.
- Bottom track (bottomtrack) <targetname>
- The Name of the first path_corner in the lower track.
- Move/Rotate speed (speed) <integer>
- The speed in units/sec that the track platform will move. If the Rotate Only flag is set this will be the speed of rotation only.
- Global Entity Name (globalname) <string>
- Name to identify entity accross level transitions. Entities with the same global name will have the same status accross maps.

- Sound Volume (volume) <string>
- Render Mode (rendermode) <choices>
- Render Mode to use.
Render modes - Normal
- Color
- Texture
- Glow
- Solid

- Render Amount (0-255) (renderamt) <integer>
- Controls transparency when using another render mode then normal. 0 is completely invisible, and 255 is opaque. If render mode is solid, then all values except 0 are opaque.
- Render Color (R G B) (rendercolor) <color255>
- Color to use by the specified render mode.

- Render FX mode to use, for special effects.
