info_overlay_accessor  is a   logical entity  available in all 
 Source games. It only exists in compiled BSP files, and maps targetnames to ID numbers of info_overlays, which are stored in a separate lump in the BSP file. Unnamed overlays do not have accessors added for them.

 - The name that other entities refer to this entity by, via Inputs/Outputs or other keyvalues (e.g. 
parentnameortarget).
