weapon_tablet is an e0 available in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

It's one of many new entities added with the Danger Zone update.

Entity description

The tablet that appears in the Danger Zone game mode. This entity doesn't function correctly outside of Danger Zone. It has 4 upgrades: prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_droneintel, prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_zoneintel, prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_highres and drone control.
