XBLAH's Modding Tool v1.18.1. Please be aware that subsequent updates might have introduced alterations in terminologies, introduced novel features, or reorganized certain elements within the interface.
XBLAH's Modding Tool - Game InfoThe mod information can be edited with XBLAH's Modding Tool through a comprehensive UI without requiring the modder to mess with text files. It includes all the major keys of 
GoldSrc and 
Source.
Accessing the feature
This can be accessed within the tool via 
Top Menu > Mod > Game Info.
Modifying the Game Info
Steam Library
You can set the mod's name and import an icon from common picture formats, and these will show on the Steam Library.
