This entity is not in the  FGD by default.
It should not be put directly in a map because it would act like a regular prop_ragdoll entity, if it even does work when spawned that way.

prop_ragdoll_attached  is a   model entity  available in all  Source games. It's an automatically-created entity which is a ragdoll that is attached to another object by some in-world means. Used by npc_strider when it impale NPCs, and npc_barnacle when it grab ragdolls of any kind.
