item_ammo_pistol
is a model entity available in Half-Life 2 series. It's a box of 9mm rounds for the semi-automatic pistol.
Despite what is written on it, the amount of ammo the box will contain depends on the current difficulty setting:
- Easy: 24
- Normal: 20
- Hard: 12
