point_dz_weaponspawn

point_dz_weaponspawn is a point entity available in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It's one of many new entities added with the CS:GO Danger Zone Danger Zone update.

Entity Description

Acts as a spawn point for below specified survival entities. Trivially, this will also be a potential place that players land during warmup.

These should be scattered around the map. There needs to be some distance between these otherwise they might fail to spawn.

Warning.pngWarning:Not having enough of these can result in game crash upon deploying. Numbers that are verified to work are 41 and 321.
Tip.pngTip:A single point_dz_weaponspawn is enough to prevent the game from crashing upon deployment. It is however common that no item will spawn from it. This method may be useful for playtesting the map early on in development, before loot locations are decided upon.
