func_playerinfected_clip
is a brush entity available in Left 4 Dead series. It is a simple clip brush that blocks Special Infected controlled by players during Versus. AI Controlled Special infected and Common infected may still pass.
Placement Tip:Far enough from the edges of the map to prevent zombie players from seeing void, nodraw etc.

).
