 Blade Symphony is a free  Source Engine game that released in 2014. It was developed and published by Puny Human. It originally released as a Early Access game in 2013.

Confirm:Is  Blade Symphony based on the  Portal 2 engine branch?

On October 3, 2023 Puny Human announced it's Closure Press Release. On  Puny Human Discord they said:

A few quick points on this:

Blade Symphony, Dystopia and Galacide development have effectively stopped. I'm working on investigating selling intellectual properties (likely Galacide,) and open-sourcing others (likely Blade Symphony and Dystopia.)

However, I will be supporting all titles as best as possible, by keeping websites and services running. I'll also be supporting any community tournaments or events that go on, by serving as a social media force multiplier for you. Just reach out to me directly!
