Stopping THE OWL

Hi.

I'm here to ask you to block THE OWL to prevent any further damage to the wiki.

I'm sure you've seen the discussions during the Moderator elections.

They've shown time and time again that they do not want to listen and back up. They claimed they want to fix their mess or go away, but the next day they start asking for more and more changes and access.

The Valve contractor admin already called out their mess as unholy and singlehandedly causing havok, yet it doesn't seem to calm them down the slightest. The promise of 'I'll continue working in July' sounds nothing short of a threat at this point.

They want to change things while appealing to strawman argument like 'all modern designers'.

Now they even directly admit they're trolling. ("I'm just messing with you")
