Entity description
This entity will give players various conditions within its volume, (Same as "addcond" command but doesn't need cheats).

- 1 : TF_COND_ZOOMED (Sniper rifle zoomed in)

Origin:
- Origin (X Y Z) (origin) <origin>
- The position of this entity's center in the world. Rotating entities typically rotate around their origin.
Condition:
- Condition (condition) <integer>
- Condition to give to the player.
- Duration ([todo internal name (i)]) <integer>
- How long the chosen condition lasts. -1 makes it last until it's cleared by other means.
