Purge base's cache

Todo: Edit all pages and change all ModDB links to temporarily uses the page=other parameters, before updating this template to use that parameters by default, allowing users to use any ModDB links without page=other for backward compatibility. This major change will remove backward compatibility with older ModDB links prior to this template being updated.
