Portal with RTX is a unofficial remastered version of Portal developed by Nvidia Lightspeed Studios, which takes advantage of newer hardware and adds raytracing support, PBR textures, new high-poly models and much more. It released for free on December 8, 2022, for anyone who owns Portal on Steam. It is only optimized for system with Nvidia GeForce RTX graphic cards. Users with AMD graphics card (including
Steam Deck, which uses
AMD RDNA 2 like most 9th gen consoles) may suffer from performance issues, when trying to run this game even with high-end card.
