(using Template:Message)  This (and the modern notes) template seems to work okay. Is it safe to replace the old {{Note}} templates?  --Amicdict (talk) 6:01, 5 Apr 2023 (UTC)

(using Template:Message)  I don't think anything terrible will happen, so you can replace them if you want.  --THE OWL (talk) 8:02, 5 Apr 2023 (UTC)

Text is centered after...

Resolved.

(using Template:Message)  Read Template_talk:ModernCodenote#Text_is_centered_after_ModernCodenote...  --Lxm6 (talk) 20:15, 8 May 2023 (UTC)

Where are style and suf now?

(using Template:Message)  Template:ModernNote/doc used to mention them...

I think it's wrong to silently remove them...  --Lxm6 (talk) 07:13, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

(using Template:Message)  These parameters no longer exist. There is no need to return what is not there. I got rid of this documentation because it is terrible.

Previously, {{ModernNote}} was used as the basis for all modern notes, but now it is exactly the same template as {{ModernTodo}} and others. Now the basis is {{Notify}} and it has its own documentation.  --THE OWL (talk) 7:26, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

Bad on mobile...

Unresolved.

(using Template:Message)  Read Template talk:ModernNote#All variants are bad on mobile...  --Lxm6 (talk) 07:34, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

Please don't go around replacing every non-modern inline note template

(using Template:Message)  These "modern" inline templates look good and all, but they shouldn't be replacing their legacy versions. They should exist separately. Not only does this avoid formatting issues on older pages, but this also gives users the choice between what they want to use. And personally, I'd much rather use the legacy versions.  --Mailmanmicky (talk) 2:40, 4 Jun 2023 (UTC)

(using Template:Message)  I have considered formatting bugs carefully; that's why templates like Confirm, Deprecated, and Important haven't been replaced yet, as their inline forms ([confirm], [Obsolete-notext.png Deprecated], Icon-Important.pngImportant:) have not yet been implemented in the modernized versions. All other potential display bugs on legacy pages are minor, however, and the old templates are deprecated anyway.

I do dislike that the new notify-based templates have smaller text than their classic counterparts; I'd fix that if I were more knowledgeable about mediawiki.  --SirYodaJedi (talk) 11:15, 4 Jun 2023 (UTC)
