(Testing completed, changes reverted until a non-copy of Discord is finalized)
(Awaited change addressing current flaws isn't coming. Replaced template with a variant from the discussion: put text on two lines in a metanotice, added optional Expand for archives, tried to give it a color with recognition value for discussions.)
