func_tankrocket
is a brush entity available in Half-Life 2,
Portal, and
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It fires rockets (rpg_missile) in any direction. For a launcher that behaves more like a prop_vehicle_apc, see func_tankapcrocket.
