is a point entity available in Half-Life 2,
Half-Life 2: Episode One,
Half-Life 2: Episode Two, and
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. It was meant to be used for a cut Tau Cannon removal sequence in the Highway 17 chapter. The entity no longer exists in retail Half-Life 2, although it is still defined in the FGD.
