env_ragdoll_boogie is a logical entity available in all Source Source games. It's an automatically-created entity that makes ragdolls shake. This is used in Half-Life 2 Half-Life 2 when the supercharged gravity gun hurts NPCs. The StartRagdollBoogie input on prop_ragdoll also creates these.
