New page for "Subrect Editor"

(using Template:Message)  Hi! I made a new page for the Image Subrect Editor. I have no idea how to create a template for the icon and ez click link thingy. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Image_Subrect_Editor If you could help out, as I think you're the one doing this, that'd be cool. (using Template:Message)  I can do that but I would have to install some Source 2 games manually, by pirating games (HL Alyx) or using third-party sites (I picked the one that i trust the most) to get CS2 for free, then I can extract the SDK icons (such as Image Subrect Editor) from one of those games.
