| David Leatherhoff, the {{wiki|protagonist}} of the game, is addicted to a new painkiller drug. To get rid of his addiction, he visits a hospital. However in the bathroom he finds another package of these pills, and he can't resist taking them. After this strange things happen, David isn't sure if it's a drug vision or reality.
