HL2 JBMod is a mod that is the predecessor to Garry's Mod. It focuses on setting up ragdolls in sexual poses.
HL2 JBMod is the earliest Half-Life 2 mod ever to be released, which has been developed shortly after the release of Source SDK, in the period of time between 1st and 9th of December, 2004. The mod is a predecessor to Garry's Mod, and is very similar to it. Several of its main features include the return of the weapons called the "Physics Manipulator" (otherwise known as the "Physgun") and the "Sticky Launcher" (or the "Sticky-Bomb Launcher") which has been removed from the final version of Half-Life 2 and more.

From the official site:

"JBMod was originally made because the nerds on HL2World wanted to get back to making sexual poses with the ragdolls in Half-Life 2, which they weren't able to do anymore since the physgun had been removed from the final game. Both prior to the release of Half-Life 2, and after the release of JBMod, just about every screenshot involved Alyx Vance."
