ai_citizen_response_system is a logical entity available in Half-Life 2 series Half-Life 2 series. If placed in the level, it will manage the responses of citizens to player's actions. Only one should be placed in the map ever.

This entity is in the FGD for Alien Swarm, but is removed from games code.
