The Technician
The Technician is the protagonist of 
TITAN: XCIX. He's a new technician in the UHR Titan: XCIX starship sent to replace Garrett Sherova.
Although he doesn't say a word, he's voiced by the mod creator himself, Robin Molde.
Appearance
He's represented by as a slightly modified Male_07 citizen model. He wears the standard crew uniform, a Space Activity Suit underneath, and the helmet of the presumably-deceased Garrett Sherova. He might also be using contact lenses to match the crew's eyes, since he's human. He, too, bears a long scar from his nose to chin on the left side of his lip.
Personality
A quiet and unremarkable guy, but resourceful and helpful. While he rarely speaks aloud, his internal monologue when interacting with the world reveal he's somewhat got a personality. Not much is known about him or his weapon experience, as he only used a gun to briefly break windows and completely avoided direct combat.
