Jamil Lee
Jamil Lee is the protagonist of 
Riot Act. She is a young member of the civilian resistance who was captured by the Combine and imprisoned in Nova Prospekt.
Appearance
Jamil is represented by a Female_04 Citizen model on the now-closed official website. And unlike Gordon, she lacks an HEV Suit and instead wears a stolen Nova Prospekt Guard's vest. Notably, she bears a Japanese kanji tattoo on her left hand, signifying Tiger and reflecting her courage and independence.
Personality
Her internal struggles - numbness, rage, fright, and anger, are highlighted in the mod's description. Locked in a dark cell in Block-E1, she resolves not to succumb to grief. And when her cell door opens, she seizes the opportunity to escape, commited to seek revenge on her captors.
