a bug
I found that there is a bug that when linking for Help pages (namespace Help
), the template can't link correctly. For example, using {{L}} for linking Help:Templates in Chinese will become Zh/Help:Templates instead of Help:Zh/Templates. DarkKong (talk) 20:16, 23 July 2024 (PDT)
- Not a bug. The intention is to keep this template as cheap as possible. See the important note in documentation. Can use Template:Lx for namespaces other than main - Nescius (talk) 22:09, 23 July 2024 (PDT)
An annoying ending
Do we have to add "(en)" at the end of each link? Maybe we should add some parameter to disable this if there are already links to translated articles?

- I think the best solution to it is css "hideifnotnew" class I suggested here MediaWiki_talk:Common.css#.hidenew idea. Just hoping pablo adds it and then (en) will appear only after red links --Nescius (talk) 03:39, 1 August 2024 (PDT)
