BINDING KEYS
For some reason I have no headsup display at all. I cannot power up at the suit stations. I have no weapon selection. The only keys I can bind are jump, duck, for/back, strafe, pri/sec fire, use, reload. I made sure I got the suit at the beginning of the game. The issue presented itself at the onset but I thought it was a part of the beginning story. I went to forums etc reloaded the game and still I bind keys in options but they will not stick.
Am I the only one with this issue?
Other than the fact I am stuck walking and cannot change weapons, (I.E. no crowbar when last weapon depletes ammo),it was fun hehe.

FEEDBACK
Very nice, impressed by both your work and looking on your pages I see your both in the industry nice to see, now about a job... I kid. I'm no where near avalible enough at the moment, yay for learning. :P --Angry Beaver 12:09, 5 Nov 2006 (PST)
Project's looking rather nice - and if by any chance you need a bit of playtesting... ;-) —Cargo Cult (info, talk) 08:06, 8 Nov 2006 (PST)
Having played it... very impressive! Nice work, you guys, even if the ending is kind of rushed.--Cyk 05:16, 21 Nov 2006 (PST)
The voice-acting and dialog are kind of weak, but that's the only fault I can find. "I think I'm in the torture chamber, and I'm controlling these cameras. *same monotone voice* Oh no, I shouldn't have broadcast so everyone could see me. Combine soldiers are coming your way. *same monotone voice* Look out." Subtitles would be extra nice. --Cpryd001 12:58, 21 Jun 2007 (PDT)
Installer
The installer installs nothing, it comes up with a hole heap of 'Skiped' and offers no path to install to, when i check source mods, the folder has nothing new.

After using 7z to extract the mod I cant get the loading screen due to a background texture missing
.ZIP version of the mod for manual installation is now available, Click the blue link here -->. [1]
Launching The Mod
Currently when I try to play the mod I get:
The game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time.
Steps taken to resolve this:
- Made sure hl2 and episode one are installed and run without problem.
- Deleted client registry.blob
- Deleted the entire directory apart from steam.exe and the SteamApps directory
- Deleted the mod, closed steam, installed from the zip.
I've raised the issue as a ticket via the steam support system, it may be connected to the current issues with the purchase system. (16/12/2006 13:24 GMT)

I have only HL2:Episode One installed on my computer. Can I play this mode? I did like written on instruction, but I did not see this mode in my Steam Gamelist. Thanx for answer
Great job guys, best single player mod I have ever played. Maybe you guys can create a next chapter or something. :D
In fact this problem has nothing related to whatsoever of the MOD itself..... in fact its just your steam account. You might require HL2 but you really dont need it to play mods. ive had this error before and its caused to improper startups of programs if it doesnt go away then something is wrong with steam perhaps or a file might be corrupt. Try to reinstall Ep1 and that might help you plus as a little note keep these topics mainly on the 'Help page" so they get better awnsered.--Gear 22:33, 28 Feb 2007 (PST)
The site really seems to be unsafe, I had at least six popups so far and still couldn't download the mod. (they're blocking my download button - at least on Opera) --Baliame 02:03, 21 Oct 2007 (PDT)
- They are indeed blocking the download button (on Windows XP too), but if you know german, you'll find that the second button from the right closes the popup window, allowing you to download. It does look very unsafe, though, tricking you into clicking on spam flash applications. --Andreasen 03:56, 21 Oct 2007 (PDT)
- Not all browsers seem to be comfortable with the popups, mine keeps recurringly popping it up the second I close it. The previous link led to a valid download link, and I think that User:Fastshare.org is a bot who wants to populate their site. --Baliame 05:06, 21 Oct 2007 (PDT)
