Copyright laws do technically make this mod illegal you know, that is unless you obtain their approval to create and distribute a prettier free version of their game... --Angry Beaver 09:40, 14 May 2007 (PDT)

You do realize that they both suffer from the same problems? Valve if they so chose could stamp out BMS in a milisecond. The mod is technically illegal and flying in the face of copyright laws unless they get permission. Now no matter how skillful of a worker you may be I wouldn't hire people that could get my company sued without realizing it, and thats something to think about if your trying to break into the gaming industry. --Angry Beaver 10:02, 15 May 2007 (PDT)
Meh...he's right, but it doesn't matter, I doubt the mod will get anywhere fast. It's true Valve COULD stomp out BMS, but not after giving it a round of applause in Steam News. And for the record, Goldeneye Source, I believe, HAS had legal troubles at some point. I just wish modmakers would be more original to stop this sort of problem from happening. --Katana314 16:36, 15 May 2007 (PDT)
Never said they were just that they could, i would infact be very sad if BMS was stopped --Angry Beaver 22:22, 15 May 2007 (PDT)
