Talk:Mod Page Template
This is a reference page for people setting up, adding on to, or just generally reformatting a mod information page. It was pointed out that some type of standard consistent format would be beneficial here.
- Feel free to add, by the way. :) -Chrisb
Promoted in categories
Good idea, but there's a catch: People who c&p this template will have to remove the promotional exclamation mark, otherwise new mods will all be listed at top just like this template. --Pizzahut 12:39, 22 Jun 2006 (PDT)
Remember: COPY THIS PAGE, DO NOT EDIT IT
Why can't people grasp this? Even with copious warnings and notices on the page, I just had to revert it again because people keep using it as their own mod page. --Daedalus 00:50, 9 Jan 2007 (PST)
- I've used the
<pre>
tag to display the wiki source, maybe that's more intuitive for new users. --Pizzahut 07:08, 17 Jan 2007 (PST)
Localized mods
Hi. What about adding a section which would contain info about the localized versions of the mod? Several mods have been translated into other languages. See MINERVA, Ravenholm, Dystopia Pb75 05:12, 19 Jan 2007 (PST)
