npc_sentry_ceiling is a point entity available in  Black Mesa.

They are first seen in the chapter Office Complex. They are the defense systems of Black Mesa, but they seem to attack anyone, including scientists, guards, headcrabs, and the player. The sentry turrets are seen to lower out of the ceiling, with yellow caution stripes around it.
