Heal is a NextBot action in 
Team Fortress 2 that makes medic bots attack team bots with their secondary weapon (usually healing a teammate with a Medigun).
In code, it is represented by theCTFBotMedicHealclass, defined in thetf_bot_medic_heal.cppfile.
