Talk:Valve Time
Shouldn't this be edited now that the beta of TF2 has been released? --Lons0r 16:16, 18 Sep 2007 (PDT)
Just a light-hearted jab at our favorite developer. We <3 U, Valve. Really.
- Still, what does it do at the VDC? --dutchmega 14:33, 1 Jun 2006 (PDT)
Don't worry about it..—ts2do 16:00, 1 Jun 2006 (PDT)
I think that as long as it's good clean fun and not a piss take it's ok--RP 16:06, 3 Jun 2006 (PDT)
Lol Gabe just edited the page..--Gameexpertmaster 15:10, 26 Jul 2006 (PDT)
- "Rapture"? noob cannon lol 15:32, 26 Jul 2006 (PDT)
- Wikipedia:Rapture see wikipedia. Pretty much it's something that happens right around the end of the world :)- RodeoClown 15:39, 26 Jul 2006 (PDT)
- Woo! now this page is official =p—ts2do 16:03, 26 Jul 2006 (PDT)
- I think all VALVe staff have a bit of a laugh, sometimes—DogGunn 05:17, 4 Aug 2006 (PDT)
- Great, Gabe probably posted this as a memo for all employees to use as reference! --AndrewNeo 09:25, 14 Aug 2006 (PDT)
At least "When it's done" isn't 2999... I'm curious, "Tomorrow : At 10:00 Pacific", does that mean 10:00 PM Tomorrow or 10:00 PM Today or what? --Kateye 21:40, 5 Oct 2006 (PDT)
- "Holiday Season" - I think it should be something like "The time between Christmas to Thanksgiving"--RP
- No, see, that's normal Marketingese. Valve said Ep2 would be out during the "Holiday Season", but has since revised that to "Easter Holiday Season". That's why Valve-Time's "Holiday Season" is "Next Year"--Kateye 18:51, 19 Oct 2006 (PDT)
A Gag Category?
I'm wondering... I've seen two "gag pages" on this wiki now - Teh hammre and Valve Time, and I'm wondering if we could give them their own gag category, to make them easier to find. --Andreasen 05:35, 20 Oct 2006 (PDT)
cheap humor isnt funny and should be removed!
can someone please remove these two new entries:
- September 17th -> April Fools Day!
- valve released tf2 - what do you want? there's nothing funny about 17th of sep.
- In the next Hour or Two. -> See September 17th.
- tf2 was released within an hour after valve posted "in the next hour or two" - nothing funny.

Imho, a days delay isn't really a significant delay. I know how eagerly some people wait for the releases, but in all honesty, these small, small delays happen, and shouldn't be anything to fuss over (unless someone at Valve swore on their mother or something). Relax! --Andreasen 07:05, 18 Sep 2007 (PDT)
- What delay? Valve said they release on 17th and they did - 23:30 is still 17th and NOT 18th. and please but in links for other people can laught tooSIzzLeopard 12:29, 19 Sep 2007 (PDT)
What games are with what dates?
To be able to verify the dates, could we have some sort of discreet column explaining what game the delay concerns, possibly on the talk page? Otherwise, people will be able to make all sorts of claims. --Andreasen 05:10, 22 Sep 2007 (PDT)
- I think that some, if not most of them are just random stuff which aren't related directly to a specific game, but just trie to capture the general idea, I don't see any reason to change it, aslong as everyone gets that this is good fun and nothing more.--RP 11:46, 22 Sep 2007 (PDT)
