ModDB

omfgzombieslol omfgzombieslol is a poorly-coded Half-Life 2 mod made by a ModDB user Deathrainer, which has no goal and can be played with both online and offline modes. Being built by 1 developer in under 2 weeks (supposedly,) the mod has no goal, and is centered around 'mind-less' zombie killing of various kinds.

Gameplay

Being that the mod virtually has no goal, you kill various "new" and "old" headcrab zombies (without a point or reason,) some of which had been updated to move extremely fast. For each kill, you gain credits which you can spend in the "omfgzombieslol shop". After killing the zombies, you only get the credits, and no points. So no matter how many zombies you kill or how powerful they may be, you will always stay at 0 points and deaths, unless you are killed, in which case, nothing much happens, except that you go back to the respawn area with all the previous zombies as before, with only your points going down, and you gaining deaths. There are also only 2 playable maps, and in comparison to Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, the only update that has been added is the poorly-coded zombie mode, while it retains the original HUD and Multiplayer highscore system. The player is frozen when the match ends, and the same map repeats.

Weapons

The choice of weapons and the money they are being paid for is incorrect, because, for instance, the 357 Magnum Revolver costs around "200" and SMG costs "400", but the 357 Magnum is much more powerful than any automatic weapon. Only 1 weapon has had its damage changed, and that is the crowbar, now renamed 'Hammer', without actually changing the way it looks. This weapon may be generally hard to use, because as the zombies come fast to you, you can't always lay enough hits to kill them, and because they are faster, they may overwhelm you. All that happens when you die in a map in 'omfgzombieslol', is that you get your score to go into minus and you gain deaths in the highscores.
