What's This For?

I'm afraid I don't really see the point in this template. it looks to me like it's just a copy of {{lang}}. Kestrelguy (talk) 11:15, 21 October 2022 (PDT)

The difference is that the Chinese flag is the first to be displayed on the language bar. It is used for pages where the main page language is Chinese. 大康 (talk) 16:29, 21 October 2022 (PDT)

I guess that makes sense. but how about, to avoid having a version of this for every language, we instead have the base template auto-detect the language (same way as it determines language category) and automatically move that language to the front?
