info_overlay_transition is an internal e1 available in all Source Source games.

Entity description

It is an overlay transition. [Clarify] This entity creates a scrolling Texture between a brush or displacement and a water brush. So you can create a "Wave" effect.

Texture to use with this overlay.
Brush faces ([todo internal name (i)]) <sidelist>
Brush faces on which the overlay will be applied.
Water faces ([todo internal name (i)]) <sidelist>
