I had the same problem just now, but it went away when I simply went into the ''Source SDK'' menu, and simply clicked on the ''Current Game'' drop-down list (after having deleted that environment value in that list described under ''Troubleshooting'', but that alone didn't fix things). PROBLEM FIGURING OUT OUTPUT DIR FOR .... THIS IS THE WORST TOOL EVER MADE

takes like a rocket scientist, i already used it a whole bunch of times. everytime i go back to use it on something, i have to figure it out all over again. so pissed
